Programme overview
The location is Ahtari, Finland. The targeted audience are the teachers and principals of the four institutions of the FM KASZK. The duration is 6+2 days. The 10 participants will be divided into groups of 2. In a rotating system they will visit different classes every day.
Daily schedule
The schedule is the following:
introduction of the school, its activity and the education system
consultation about teaching methods, acitivites in small groups
visiting technical classes, observing the student in process of making portfolios and the method in which the teachers evaluate it
2×45 minutes for talking about portfolios and their evalutaions with the teachers and students
the whole group gives a report about the day. They talk about their experiences to state the elements which they can use in teaching methods in Hungary.
Reports and free time
The teachers also write a report about each day.
In the afternoons and evenings they can attend cultural programs.
